Parts runs

So, didn't finish the swamp cooler. Had to run for parts not once but twice. Ran to Raks once for motor brackets. Came back home, was taking the cooler apart and one of the old pillow blocks was rusted out, came apart in my hands. By then, Raks was closed. Went to Walmart and their parts section for swamp coolers was basically empty. Not sold out. Never stocked. I know, what's the hurry? It's only June, the hottest months of the year here. So, I had to drive over to Home Depot. Got the new pillow block in, collars in place and ready to adjust. Just have to install the motor and belt, set adjustments and flush the whole thing out. Guess I'll have to do that tomorrow evening.

I'll just have to suck it up and run the air conditioners until I'm done.

For the first time in months, I did not make my 70 cases today. However, I had a one hour training session this afternoon, then 90 minutes of fax cases on an insurance plan which I'd never worked before and is a little different. But that's what the training was for. I did make 69 cases and get hourly pay for the one hour of training. So, I actually came out 8-9 cases ahead in the long run. That didn't stop me from slightly freaking out for a moment when I looked at my case count at the end of the shift before I thought about it.

These new cases have the general potential to increase my case count slightly. Just because they require less documentation. There are certain key phrases which are kind of long, which I saved in a text file to copy and paste.
