Insomnia or?

Been noticing a trend lately. I have been sleeping less than I was for a while. Part of this is due to the temperature. I always sleep more in colder weather. I don't deal with cold very well.

I am taking this as a positive thing, though. Means my health is improving. Needed more sleep when my body had constant damage present.

What's happening a bit more slowly is rebuilding my activity tolerance, which had decreased a lot.

I'm not sure my temperature tolerance will ever get back where it used to be or near it. Temperature extremes definitely have a stronger effect on me now than they used to. But I need to get out and make an attempt to increase my temperature tolerance, as well as activity.

Some of that is probably just perception. After all, last year I road a motor bike for miles in 40 something decree weather with rain and sleet while going to Colorado Springs.

Of course, anemia has had a part in this but less so now than before and the protein I'm taking seems to be improving things more.

So, this week, I need to set aside some tasks and get out to get some exercise. Been intending to but haven't done it. Need to start walking and work up to running again. I may not do much running until temps start dropping. It would be kind of foolish to start a running program in 95 degree heat.
