My nasal allergies aren't too bad right now. However, I have noticed my gastric symptoms are less active when I use Benadryl. The more I keep those symptoms under control, the less my seasonal allergies affect me over time. I'm guessing there's some allergic component to the whole thing which goes beyond pollen.
All of this goes back to what I always called my bullet proof immune system. Most of my life I have healed quickly and not been highly prone to infection. If I did get an infection, I healed twice as fast as most people. There's a down side to everything and this is mine- highly effective immune system leads to auto-immune problems. Blech. Oh, well. Maybe I will eventually get something stronger from the doctor to suppress my immune system slightly. For now, I'll stick with Benadryl.
No big plans for this weekend. Trying to conserve money for the moment, with 4th of July coming up next weekend. However, it's supposed to be really hot this weekend, so not sure what daughter will feel like doing.
Sucks that the air conditioner in the car broke. Haven't been able to get to it yet. I may check on how much a shop would charge to replace the clutch. Doesn't hurt to ask.
Okay, gotta get moving. Did not sleep well last night. Kept waking up.
