It is so good that this week is over. Last couple of days, people have been brain dead.
I really need to learn my lesson. If I'm going to pick up extra hours, they need to be early in the week, while people still have enough residual chemicals in their systems from the weekend to be semi-lucid. Every week, from Wednesday on the mental clarity of callers just goes downhill.
Because of the extended call times, my case count was only 85 today. Working an extra 90 minutes, I had hoped for more. Oh, well. Still made close to $200 extra for the week.
My paycheck was decent. I can afford to pay the bills, extra on the mortgage and even get a 2 tons of compost and 3 tons of wood chips. Delivered. Not going to try putting it in the Mazda!
I've been previously using plastic shoe boxes for seedlings placed in cups. However, the price on those has risen in the last 2-3 years. Started looking for something else to use and found plastic dish tubs at Dollar Tree. They're larger, each one will hold more plants, they'll probably last longer. Plus they can be used for planting directly if filled with potting soil. Too bad they only had white ones.
Been really tired the last couple of days. I think it's from allergies. Or maybe just getting used to the new schedule. Just now thought of that. If that's the case, not going to get better next week because the time changes this weekend, so I'll be getting up another hour earlier. Probably be the following week before I back up to speed. Meant to get more house cleaning done this week but not quite so much done. Get up in the morning and mop the house. I did sweep.
