Daughters art

The ex texted me earlier today to tell me daughter has an art project which will be displayed at the state fair this year. Only two kids in her age group have that honor! I am seriously proud! I haven't seen this project yet, so looking forward to it! This shows just how much talent she has. Think it should give her more confidence, which is a really good thing. 

Real happy for the iPad now. There was a power surge this morning which fried the power supply in the PC. Can't replace that for a while and have to replace that before I'll know if anything else is damaged. 

One of the puppies the older female attacked has loose teeth or a cracked jaw. Luckily, he can still chew and swallow. I'm feeding him separate from the other dogs because they get too um, emphatic. Of course, soft food. I feel bad for him but can't afford a veterinarian. If I could the dogs would all be fixed and I would have new teeth. 

Looked outside today and saw the oldest female eating. One of her dead puppies. That was rather disturbing to see. 

I have a sinus infection. Been sneezing, coughing and had a scratchy throat all day. 

Tried to plow the garden this evening but forgot I took the mount for the plow off the tiller. Have to find that. Think it's in the workshop. The workshop is a fairly scary place right now. (Yes, my own fault. Shut up.) I also need to find the pH meter or at least the pH test strips. Also, I believe, in the workshop. As it is, the soil is much more loose than ever. Even after being watered, it remains loose. In previous years it would turn rather hard as soon as it was watered.
