The primary painting for the whole house is done, inside and out! Finally!
Just touch up and trim painting left to do.
Today took a long time because the kitchen had to have multiple coats. Kitchen walls get badly discolored over time. Besides, I had places where plaster wasn't even, so I had to use the electric sander to smoother those spots before I could even begin painting this morning. Ever want a really NOT fun job? Sand plaster an a ceiling.
I'm happy. It all looks really good!
I would love to get started on the tile and flooring but I have to finish the paint first. I don't want to do the tile and floors, then wind up screwing it up with paint and going back again. But I think I can get done with remaining paint early tomorrow and get started on tile and floors.
Never got the wood pieces outside to paint today. Do that in the morning.
I actually have the energy to do more tonight but my right knee is killing me. Had trouble with that knee on and off for decades and know if I keep pushing it I will pay for it for days.
I know I'm going to need more supplies from Home Depot but I'm going to keep going as far as I can, so I know exactly what I need and make that the final trip.
