Not bad!

Went out to feed the dog and took a look and my handiwork from yesterday.

It looks good! I do have some touching up to do but not a lot. Probably take me 20 minutes. Then I can do the shed.

Checked the dog and he seems pretty much tick-free now. Few remaining here and there but I think they may be dead. Need to brush his fur later.

Once they pick up the pods today, I can start putting lots of stuff out in the driveway for people to pick up. Couple of things I plan on selling. Bicycles and the small air compressor. Need to take pictures of those and post them on CL.

Have the cordless drill battery on the charger, so I can get the rest of the wooden fence taken apart later. I also plan on having a large bonfire today for all the scrap wood. The winds are calm. Though I will wait until the paint is dry before doing that, just in case the smoke blows toward the house or shed.

Right knee is sore again from squatting so much to paint the lower portion of the walls near the ground.

One thing I do feel good about is getting the house in order. Finally. The areas I have done work on look very good. Something I can be proud of.

I had planned on going room by room before. Now, with nearly everything gone, think I will go task by task inside the house. Electrical work, then sheet rock, then plaster, then paint. If I use the paint gun inside it won't take long. I wasn't sure about using the paint gun inside because I was anxious about fumes and drips. This spray gun does not cause a lot of fumes and a LOT less drips or spill than using the roller. I will have to paint trim by hand but that shouldn't take too long.

If I get my ass in gear, I should be able to finish everything in a week. Then put the house on the market. And hope it sells quickly for a decent amount.

One thing I dread and hope I don't have to do it at all. Anything in the crawl space. If I do, going to make sure I take my cell phone. Just in case.
