Have not gotten much done today at all.
Achy all over. Really tired. Irritable. Could not figure out why until a little while ago. Been having a scratchy throat as well. That developed into a cough. I have a respiratory infection. Upper and lower.
Hopefully it will be short lived. I know where it came from. Should have worn a mask while removing the old carpet. Inhaled too much dust. Nasty stuff.
Oh, well. I did force myself to move a bit. Got 3 of 4 new outlets and a light switch for the closet installed in the office. Cable is in place but haven't installed the light fixture yet. That may have to wait until the sheet rock is back in place. For the last outlet, I made the cable too short. Have to run a new one. Kept the current cable in place so I can tape a longer cable to it, pull it through and cut. Then install the outlet. I may yet talk myself into doing that before bed. Maybe.
Have to work tomorrow, so won't get anything done. Have to go in early for some mandatory training and to check on what happened to my last check. I'm pretty sure they took out insurance charges even though I cancelled insurance.
Okay, it's a bit later. I paused writing and went back to finish that outlet. After a little break I could not sit here writing about it and not finish it. So all the outlets for that room are done. Only the light fixture and wiring in there is complete.
I do still have some wiring to do in other places but that was the biggest part.
I hope to have the wiring and sheet rock all complete by Thur evening. Have to work Fri. Get started with the rest of the painting Sat.
