I did not get anything done with the house today. Nothing at all.
There's a good reason for that. Been working on nursing CEU's all day. I really needed to get those done so I can get my AL license in order.
That's okay, I picked the right day for it. It has been cold and rainy all day. Cold enough to be using the furnace all day. In May in the freaking desert.
Now I have a headache from eye strain.
Have to admit I did a poor job of reading materials later in the day. I did pick mostly subjects I am interested in. I will read the materials better at a future date.
Renewed the ad for the dog on CL. Only responses I've gotten were ones that either did not read the post or which I really did not trust. One person saying he rides the bus. I asked how he intended to take the dog and dog food on the bus. He seemed like he wanted me to pick him up, drive he and the dog home and freaking hold his hand. Another one barely spoke English, asked questions and did not understand the answers. In both cases they ignored pictures, address and map which are all on the post. Got one reasonable reply who said the dog is too big for their dog door. But the dog is a Rottweiler. How many Rottweilers will fit through a small dog door?
I'll have to check on the Humane Society.
