Taking a light day. I'm sore all over, especially my shoulders and right knee.
I also woke up with a lot of congestion, probably from paint fumes. Have to air the house out really well today. I still have more painting to do today but a lot less than two full rooms which ventilate where most of my living activities occur.
Have to go shopping for a short while, any way. Light bulbs in the kitchen burned out. Both of them. One was out for a few days (I didn't even notice at first) and the other burned out last night. Fluorescent bulbs. Ugh. Couldn't have waited until I sold the house, eh?
No matter what, I am setting the goal of finishing trim painting and at least part of the tile today. Maybe wood trim and new bath fixtures (towel rod, etc.)
Reflexively I still keep thinking of taking the dog for a walk because it has been part of my schedule for so long. Just thought I would take him for a walk as soon as I come back from the store.
Last few days I have been working on the house for 10-11, even 12 hours each day. Scaling back to around 8 for today. Maybe 9.
Some things absolutely have to be done in order. I was taking a bath and thinking of installing the baseboards. Then realized I have to do the floor first. Then realized I have to paint the vanity before tile. (Okay, I don't HAVE to paint the vanity first but it's the best choice.) Get that done today, put it right up front on painting trim. After the things I will paint outside.
Have to mail the child support today. Can't be entirely sure if I will be in AL by the 1st. Even if I am, at least the ex will have the check in hand. Something I don't like being late with.
