Up early for an early work shift. Hoping this week comes of better than last week. Joked with my supervisor on Fri that last week was so abnormally long it should be studied by Stephen Hawking.

At least I'm feeling better than last week.
I have realized one thing. I've known for years I have a high heart rate sometimes. But not always. Now I know the reason for that is because of the ulcerative colitis. I've been able to track my heart rate being faster during flare ups and decreased when it subsides. The same holds true for allergies and bronchitis. It causes systemic inflammation.
This may have been diagnosed decades ago except for my high pain tolerance. Oh, well. It would have also impacted a lot of other activities in my life, so I guess all things happen for a reason.
