Efforts yesterday paid off. I regained 4-5 lbs that I had lost.
Better yet, my physical symptoms have decreased or stopped. One thing that happens when I lose too much weight is I become short of breath. Still, the worst part is the fatigue. That has all improved a lot today.
So, now I need to get busy packing the house. Start on that this afternoon. See just how much I can accomplish in one day. Pretty sure a lot.
Get the corners in the sunken living room painted, also. Do that first, see if the white paint dries so I can do the baseboards tonight or in the morning.
Have to make a few phone calls. One to the board of nursing in AL and remove the response about a criminal record. Turns out that was expunged after a lawsuit against Leon Valley. I checked with Leon Valley, Bexar County, San Antonio and then checked with current employer. They let me see the background check they did when hiring me. It wasn't there. No longer exists.
Other call is to Uhaul. I decided to move the date for the pods to later that week or the next week.
I think just moving it back 4-5 days will be enough. I can get the front and back of the house stuccoed in that time. Maybe the whole house. That's not going to be cheap but should be worth the investment. Many homes around me are selling for as much as $130k and are similar in size, age and some in worse condition. Many are actually smaller. Plus my yard has multiple fruit trees.
