Oh. Got it.

I did get moving and applied the last two bags of stucco I had on hand. Looks like I need another 6 bags. That's getting to be more than I wanted to spend but can't leave it half finished. That would lower the value of the house instead of raising it.

Been feeling really weak. That's when it hit me. I'm in muscle breakdown. Haven't done this much heavy work for consecutive days in years. So I expect it should be resolving tomorrow.

That also explains the kidney issue. Which is still there but better. Being in muscle breakdown is an extreme stress on the kidneys. It may not be a kidney stone but inflammation.

Funny how I take things like that into consideration on a workout program but not physical labor.

Unfortunately, this means if it is not better tomorrow morning I will have to take a light day and focus on other tasks, get back to the stucco on Friday. If I do have to take a lighter day (which may be a good idea) then I can get started on doing the painting. If I push myself too far it could result in kidney damage and make me seriously ill. Not in my 20's any more.

I'm going to get more stucco and paint tonight. After traffic calms down slightly.

I am calculating spending a maximum of another $500 on the renovations. No more than that by any means. The additional stucco would still fit in that budget. Other than that and paint, I really only need tile for the office. I have most of the paint I need for inside. I may already have enough.

I still expect the stucco to take no more than 1-2 days to finish at this point. Today I focused on getting the rest of the bottom section because I did not want to get on the ladder while feeling weak and with a kidney issue. Up to now I had done the bottom section on the grassy area and left the part by the driveway undone. Now I have the lower sections done to the point where I don't have to get on hands and knees any more. I will have to get on the ladder but that's still less strain on my legs and back than what I've been doing.

Not going to feel bad about this. I know many, many people my age and younger who would not be able to do this kind of labor at all.
