Yucky morning

Snowing again. Really wet snow, now nice. Still falling as I write.

So, the most important aspect of whether the CBD works for me is in the morning. That's when I have the most discomfort. This morning I do feel somewhat better than average but not without discomfort. Probably because it wears off while asleep. May be less of an issue with continued use. Chronic inflammation is a cycle which must be broken. Didn't begin overnight, not going to tend overnight after apparently decades of it occurring.

With no negative effects identified, decided I am going to mix the CBD with regular nicotine liquid, so I use it on a frequent basis but low concentration. I will keep them in separate vials, though. I did try one drop sublingually last night but didn't find any added effect which I could determine. That leads me (for now) to think there is a maximum effective dosage for me and anything above that is just waste.

Since it does help with inflammation, I'm somewhat hopeful it will help with my allergies, as well. Not counting on it but hoping.

Yes, I have turned myself into a human lab rat. Not much other choice unless I want to take standard medications which have toxic and dangerous side effects which I would rather avoid unless things get really bad.
