Taxes done

I was going to go to the gym tonight. Then I got my W2 in the mail.

Stayed home and got taxes done. Return was already accepted by the IRS. Big advantage to filing early.

Not getting quite as much back as I hoped for but not bad. That's okay, long as I don't have to pay in it's good. To get something back at all is really good.

Work is also picking up. Made at least an extra $20 per day two consecutive days. Not yet back to an extra $30-40 I was making before the holidays but getting there. For now, if I can maintain that rate, it's an extra $100 per week.

Couple of other reasons I didn't get to the gym. One is that my coat needed to be dried. Washed it last night but forgot to toss it in the dryer today. The other is that I'm hoping tomorrow will be really slow. It's the start of Stupid Bowl weekend.

The electronic cigarette is helping me cut back on regular smoking. By about half, so far. Going to keep trying to change that percentage further. Long as my guts go along with that idea. One difference I have to keep in mind is how I use them. When I smoke a regular cigarette, I smoke a whole one in one shot, which increases the nicotine in my bloodstream sharply. When I use the electronic cigarette, I don't use it as much in a short time. I'm trying to adjust my use so it feels more normal to me.

CDB is supposed to arrive tomorrow. Then it will be a matter of experimentation to see what works best for me. Vaping, oral, sublingual? If it isn't too sedating, I may mix it in very low concentration with regular vape liquid. That would mean a more consistent serum level. If not, I'll try other methods. If vaping full strength is most effective, I'll get a special tank for it. Without the THC, I'm not so worried about using it on a regular basis.
