Got to the gym tonight. Can say I am happy with progress I'm making.
I've doubled my original distance on the ski machine while halving my time from where I started. Meanwhile, my heart rate doesn't go quite as high as it did.
Roughly doubled my weight on the bicep machine. Not a lot of repetitions but when you increase weight you always start the higher weight with lower reps. Went from 55 lbs to currently at 100 lbs. Not bad. It is a machine, not free weights but still not bad.
Started at about 100 lbs on the back extension, now at 210 lbs.
Down a bit on the chest press but by the time I got to it I had tired out part of my upper body, which would explain that.
Starting to see a little outline of a six pack. Not much yet. Maybe a 3 pack because it's only halfway there? Think it should be decently defined within another month or less, with the exercises I'm doing.
So, not bad advances for less than one month of getting back to the gym. I'll keep going twice a week for now. Skip tomorrow and go Thur.
Good news. I wasn't sure how long it would take my CBD order to get here but tracking says it should be here Fri. New electronic cigarette supplies should be here tomorrow, which is longer than I had expected. Guess if I order from them again it won't be on a weekend.
