I deserve it. Sore muscles in places I can't recall being sore since basic training.
Oh, well. I'm still better equipped to tolerate it now than I was then. Know some tricks which I didn't know then. Not sure some of them even existed then.
I pushed a bit harder than I should have. Just getting a new baseline on my current abilities. So, crunches maxed out at 80 lbs. Back extensions maxed at 140 lbs. Plus I was using the ski machine both nights.
Interesting thing is what was not expected. Internally, my intestines feel better. That was one of my biggest fears, that I would wind up in extreme internal pain.
I lost 3 lbs between last night and this morning. Regained 2 of those during the day but have not been eating, only drinking fluids. So what I gained is all fluid weight. Even more so with taking Creatine, which makes the body retain fluid in the muscles. Still, hoping it helps me gain some buffer weight.
Just hanging out at home tonight. Cut the plugs and supports for the bedroom ceiling. Maybe get them in place tonight.
Later- Yeah, never mind those tricks I know. I took some Creatine but no luck. Seriously sore. I'll get some stuff done tomorrow and this weekend.
