CBD oil

So, thanks to someone I know on FaceBook, I learned today that CBD oil is legal in all states. No license, no prescription necessary. It can be ordered online from a lot of sources, including Amazon. Of course strength (and probably quality) vary quite widely.

Same day I learn this, I get a letter from the NM Dept of Health asking for more information on treatment I received for ulcerative colitis. My application included everything there was to know. However, it is apparent they are insisting that I undergo traditional treatment which places myself and everyone around me at risk. All before they will approve treatment with something which I now find is over the counter. Their route is also much more expensive.

Wish I had know this before I wasted time and money going to a doctor and paying an application fee.

My first best guess is that local dispensaries are also much more expensive than the ones online.

So, their response has eliminated any profit which would have been made in this state because the vendor I am ordering from (and most vendors, if not all) are out of state.

So, I ordered some CDB oil. I also ordered some hemp seeds (not cannabis). Hemp has some level of CDB, though very low. Still, it would be unlikely to result in any illegal status. I'm just looking for enough to be therapeutic. I'm not even sure the seeds won't be sterile. If they are, I hope they at least taste good. Supposed to be high in protein and have no real medicinal properties which are not anecdotal.

This is a case where the medical savings account has come in handy.

Writing a letter back to the NM DOH with more information. Pushed aside the urge to tell them to piss off. I would rather go about this as legally as possible, including getting a license to grow. Be a lot less expensive than anything else.
