Had a rough time getting to sleep last night. May have been any number of things but eventually got to sleep.
Still, glad I decided against picking up an extra hour of work this morning, so could sleep a little bit later.
Been considering the road trips with daughter this summer and where to stay. Then it struck me that I have previously told her we could go camping someday. Have to talk with her about it but this may be the time for that. Took a look at some tents online and there are some decent ones for a reasonable price. And tents have gotten much easier to erect over the years. That and a couple of sleeping bags. We have several LED lanterns. Have to check on camping sites, too. If she likes the idea, could be an adventure!
It did get cold here last night but I don't see any sign of frost. Happy for that. I don't really have the resources to protect the garden against frost at the moment. I think the mulch would have done a lot of good, also.
Haven't gotten a lot done past couple of evenings but planning on getting some things done this evening. Think I'll work on the workshop for a while. Get it cleaned and organized a little. It's a huge mess. Get some grass trimming done tomorrow, when the temperature is supposed to start coming back up.
