Now that the mulch is in place and the weather isn't too consistently hot, I started backing off the irrigation timers. I may be over-watering.
Just out of curiosity, checked the mortgage account this morning. Still no change. They're going to try and push it as long as possible. When I considered it, this issue has been through the hands of at least 12 people who had the potential to do something about it and have failed to do so. That clearly indicates a culture of laxity and dishonesty within the entire company. Unless it just indicates incompetency. Just as bad.
