I have a backache. Probably the result of carrying a backpack and hiking for the first time in years. What that means is that I need to do a lot more of it.
Not a whole lot done this evening but some. Trimmed some of the grass in the back yard. Most of it. Have to take the outdoor cord from the front to use it in the back to be able to reach further.
Had to clean up after the dogs. What fun.
Got the remaining dishes done left over from last night.
Fixed the fertilizer injector, since it blew the line a few days ago. When I put it together, I didn't have the right parts to hold it together properly. Got the parts this weekend. Put it together and ran fertilizer, acid and ammonia through the lines.
I need to get some phosphorous for fruit and flower set. Still holding back for the moment on more expenditures. Most of the bills went through today but not all. So far my calculations are accurate. Rest should go through in the morning and then have $35 in automatic payments neyond that this month.
I've been hearing and seeing a growing number of complaints about my employer. Not convinced all are warranted. One person I know says she wasn't paid for over 50 cases this last pay period. She also said they wouldn't grant her time off request for moving to another state. That last part I believe. The not getting paid part I'm not so sure of her accounting. I do know the fax thing I mentioned before is an increasing issue.
Honestly, I think I should get my application in for a supervisor position. I'm still happy with the company except for a few issues. Some of which need more analysis applied which it seems fairly certain has not occurred. The math doesn't add up for the analysis to have been done properly. Not something alone which can bring the company down..yet. However, it actually does have that potential if not addressed and keeps growing. Right now the company is chasing it's tail on it. Seems strange for a company that seems to have a fairly rational approach to most issues.
