Today and tomorrow I am not allowed to eat. Clear liquids from now until late tomorrow afternoon. I think it's karma for all the patients I've had to enforce this on.
Jello. No red, no purple, no orange. That pretty much leaves yellow and green. I may see about some boullion but lots of that has wheat products in it. Lots of apple juice and Gatorade stocked up.
Before taking the required medication, making trips to used truck parts place/s, couple of other stores for various supplies and getting some things done around the house, yard and truck.
I did get a late start this morning but this time it was because I wanted to and because I could.
However, right now I'm waiting for the bike engine to warm up from the sun. I removed the insulation I had packed around the engine, which at this point is retaining more cold than heat.
