I miss chat rooms on the internet.
There was a time when I could go into chat rooms and talk about many subjects. Web design, current news events, various cultures.. Guess they were pretty much gone before I started gardening.
Facebook is okay but very static in comparison.
Chat rooms were ruined by spam and sex addicts, which took over all the chat rooms. Then various legislations which made chat room owners liable for things they could not control.
Then came text replacements. Not so fond of those, either. No, I do not want people able to contact me when I am offline.
Oh, well. Need to get to work.
