Up early again. Not by intent this time. Just happened.
Like I wrote last night, going to focus on getting the house picture-ready this morning. Shooting for the time frame of having things in decent enough order no later than 2 PM.
Mostly I need to clean the stove and outside of the fridge. Organize tools. Stash dishes and food from counters. Sweep and mop. (Lots of dust on the floors from things I've been doing.) Install the outlet covers. Wash windows.
I already took a pic of the outside front of the house and it seems to have come out well. Few flowers on the tree and some fading roses on the rose bushes. (At least it shows the rose bushes will bloom.)
Cleaned most of the dust off the kitchen tiles last night.
I may have to touch up paint on some of the window sills. The black paint I had scraped from glass got heated up from sunlight and melded to the white paint on the sills. Seems to have happened only on the east and west side of the house, not the south. I had no idea it would do that.
I'm going to go ahead and take pics of the hallway and try to get an angle that the one switch doesn't show. Going to work on that today and try to close up the wall by tonight. If needed, I'll post new pictures tonight or tomorrow.
Yes, definitely making me nervous. But a lot less so than not long ago.
