Been having intestinal cramps all day today. Felt really good yesterday. So, not sure what the problem is.
I had homemade pizza yesterday. It did have a small amount of yeast in the crust. Maybe that did it. It was gluten free. Had popcorn last night. Wonder if that could have done it?
Basically, all of my prior symptoms came rushing back in. Maybe just a second wave of die-off. I did read that pockets of infection (colonies of fungi) can remain and die off at later points. Perhaps that's what happened.
Still keeping up with the same regimen I was on.
I have no doubt that as large numbers of fungi die off in a small area, it can cause discomfort, maybe even illness. Since they anchor themselves through the intestinal walls, once they die off, it can leave sore spots behind. Plus may take days for the dead fungi to flush out of your system.
Oh, well. It was cold today. Daughter didn't feel like doing much and neither did I. Besides, I'm sure she wanted to just hang out today, being the last day of her vacation. Back to school tomorrow. We started to go for a walk this afternoon but she got cold and we turned around and came home.
I still want to go for a walk before spring and spread flower seeds. Giant sunflower and Cosmos. Bring more color and attractants for pollinators to the entire area. It would make for much more enjoyable walks, aside from benefiting the environment.
