70

Fairly long day. Once again, work was slow. I think next week will pick up. Today, just barely made my 70 case base count.

That's okay. Still slowly climbing back to health. Been giving myself leeway this week.

One way I can tell I'm getting better is that my veins are standing out in my hands and arms again. For some time, the veins in my hands and arms were not visible at all below temperatures like 70. Tonight, rode the bike to Walgreen's in under freezing and noted when I got home veins were still somewhat visible. That's a big sign acetaldehyde level is decreasing in my bloodstream.

Energy and digestion improving more slowly but that's okay. I plan to get up in the morning and get some of the Christmas decorations down and packed away. If I don't finish in the morning, I'll finish tomorrow evening.

Not feeling as cold as I was. On that, I could tell it was physical and not related directly to ambient temperature.

Get to bed soon and get some things done in the morning.
