I am happy to say my initial impression is that the permanent engine sealant works. Now, I have only idled or gunned the engine a few times, not driven the truck, which will be the true test. However, it has better compression and I have not seen any more signs of coolant in the oil. Engine still runs a bit rough but I may need to pull and clean the spark plugs for that.
Didn't wake up early enough to take down decorations this morning, so get that done this evening.
Health continuing to improve. For a long time, I have had discomfort every single morning shortly after waking up. Rotten way to start the day. That discomfort isn't there this morning. First time in months. Mental clarity is nearly back to normal. Still a long way to go but looks like I've made it through the initial die-off syndrome. Still going to keep up the intensity of my regimen for another week or more, to fully clear my system and get the yeast population to a minimum.
I have added yogurt to replace healthy bacteria to my system, which crowds out the fungal growth. I know all this sounds gross but it is necessary and normal. Even more so with Celiac disease. With no gluten and no Candida blocking my digestion, really hoping it will bring my health back to where I was a few years ago before battling all these things.
To be clear, these conditions, left uncontrolled, leave one highly predisposed to malnutrition (and all the side effects), stroke, heart attack and death. I have no intention of going out that easily.
