So, I seem to be getting over the hump and getting better. Heart rate has slowed. Blood vessels in hands and arms are visible again. Though the house is cool until the furnace warms it up, I'm not cold at the same level I was. Mind is more clear. Gastric issues greatly reduced.
The routine I've put myself on isn't cheap but is still less expensive than a prescription medication while being far less toxic to the body. High doses of Vitamins B and C, cayenne, garlic and apple cider vinegar, each several times a day. Last night added yogurt with live cultures. Only do the Epsom salt when die-off symptoms flare up badly.
Hm. I guess it is cheap.
Need to call Home Depot for planning purposes. Long as my next check is anywhere near normal base pay, I should be able to do the insulation for the ceiling in two weeks. Have to find out what size holes and spacing to drill. That will be a major step in making the house more comfortable. It's much better now than at any point in the past but can definitely be better.
For the moment, solar and alternative methods are in the closet. Have to get standard comfort measures resolved before moving forward with those. Ultimate goal is to build and install various measures to heat and cool the house with little or no gas or grid power.
