Thank goodness it's a three day weekend. I need it after this week.
Had to take my iterator tests, which are nothing but a damn head game in many cases. The rationale on some of the questions comes down to nothing but secretive semantics with no logic and no precise references. I failed one of the two, so I'm not sure what happens from here. Stupid fucking shit!
The other night my bike broke down and I wound up walking several miles, dealing with some rude people. I was parked in the parking lot of a hair salon which was closed. The employees were still inside, cleaning. I didn't bother them. While I was working on the bike, two vehicles, the employees, drove up. One didn't speak English. The other one came up and said, "We're locking the gate. You have to move out to the sidewalk." That's it. Any "Do you need some help?" Nope. Offer to let me use a phone? Nope. Any "I'm sorry but.."? Nope. Any "I hope you don't mind but.."? Nope. And that, my friends, is "New Mexico True". The only way it could have been more so would have been if they had called APD, who would have shot me for having the motorcycle key in my hand.
Hmm. Left this open while listening to music and forgot to close it out. Time for bed. Hope the coming week is better.
