The fact that I failed my test got me thinking. (I'm still not used to that idea. I never fail tests.) Have to check with my supervisor about what to do next. I'm pretty sure there is some way to get past this.
However, while I enjoy my job and could (other than these tests) stay with this job for years, I have to diversify.
I'm going to start looking at being a motor scooter broker. Maybe even for a new brand of electric motorcycle with a speed of over 100 mph and range over 150 miles per charge.
Plus I need to finish equipping the wood shop, to be able to make better quality items.
The combination would give me more security and diversity in the future. Less dependent on badly constructed tests or (as in previous experience) emotionally unstable employers.
I want to do the wood work, any way. Just for enjoyment and maybe extra income on the side, no matter how stable my job may be.
