Having a lot of fatigue again. Not sure what that's about. Having a definite impact on my motivation lately. Picking up an extra hour of work this morning but not so much into it emotionally.
I have a lot of things that need to be done. However, mentally I keep trying to find ways around them. Having short term memory lapses again, too.
Not sure what this is all about. Maybe Candida has reared it's head again. I'll try upping the controls for that and see if it helps. If that's it, it hasn't reached the level it was at earlier this year.
