Not a bad day at work. Not terribly busy, not too slow. Actually had some fairly nice people calling. That was a shock!
The weather is about to change again. Strange week. Cold on Sat, nice Sun and Mon, now getting ready to rain and/or hail next 2-3 days.
Took my last chance to do some work outside before the flood. Turned out I didn't have to sharpen the chipper blades. They're reversible and I had sharpened them last year, so I just turned them around. Chipped as much wood as possible before dark. I need to cut a lot of it down to smaller sizes before I can run it through the machine.
I've been meditating a lot lately, even when physically active. I tend to be good at that, with so many years of meditation behind me. Going through another forward spiritual evolution. Putting combat behind me for the time being. The world is so full of people who are set in one direction. Most of the time, the only way to get through to them is direct confrontation. I just need to find ways to get through in a way that's effective..and doesn't seem weak or get me killed. So many men of peace have been slaughtered in the past. Anyone that teaches peace makes themselves a target from the people who are completely set on hate. Above all else, that one thing makes me believe in the existence of evil.
