The next crash

Time for my next prediction, or at least an update to what I have been predicting.

I haven't even released all the details of this to my online friends or anyone else. I'm weighing the risks versus benefits. Should I let people know so they can prepare or keep some of it to myself to prevent widespread depression and panic? I have written most of this as separate issues but not so much all in one.

So, the next crash is coming but it's more than that. It's going to lead to widespread rioting and probably some form of civil war. Only this time there will be a LOT more than just two sides. This crash is going to make 2008 look like a day at Disney World.

I never use this term but right now the perfect storm is developing which will lead to all the above.

News talks about the economy doing well because they quote what the stock market is doing. The stock market has no bearing on the actual economy and may actually be the exact opposite what the real economy. If stocks are up, often it's because jobs have been eliminated in large numbers for the sake of short term profits. Only the rich benefit.

Wages have been stagnant or even decreased over decades but especially since 2009, the last minimum wage increase. (Which was approved while GWB was in office.) Meanwhile, inflation has continued. The jobs available now are lower wage jobs than before 2008 and far less than previous decades when adjusted for inflation.

Home prices are increasing due to investors, not home owners. Millions of homes and businesses sit empty with more being built. Yet the number of homeless has remained constant or even increased. Because of investors, rent has increased while wages stagnate.

Millions of Millenials live at home with their parents due to financial concerns. Many move away from home and have to move back. Others have taken roommates.

Tens of thousands of jobs are being eliminated yearly due to automation and that is accelerating. Other jobs have been or are being centralized. Branch offices across all industries are closing or closed.

Access to all forms of public assistance is being stripped to the bone. That leads to less disposable income across the board. As less money is spent, more businesses will continue to fail.

Experts now predict public service pensions will lose over $1 trillion in the next few years.

Saudi Arabia now hold less in US Treasury bonds than at any time since 1972. They are expected to completely liquidate their remaining holdings next year.

China is not going to loan us money. They are spending money building the New Silk Road, aka the Belt and Road Initiative.

Sanctions on Russia are causing the EU to threaten countermeasures which will strongly affect the US economy negatively.

Repossessions of vehicles is rising rapidly, especially high interest vehicle loans.

Add all that up and that's more than enough for the next crash. But wait! There's more!

Influences which will further exacerbate the civil unrest are many.

First, there is the DNC fraud lawsuit, which has not yet been concluded. Waiting on the judge to make a decision. If he rules as I expect that the DNC is guilty of fraud, the DNC will collapse and that will lead to small scale riots.

Next, the GOP is trying to pass legislation which basically allows them to install anyone in any state office they choose, with no vote required or regardless of the outcome of the vote.

The DNC is now supporting a GOP candidate in FL who is running against a Democrat who supports universal healthcare. They are actually holding a fundraiser for a GOP candidate this month.

The Russia investigation continues. I expect that will show nothing from Russia. But they could fabricate evidence so it goes the other way. On that one it does not matter what the outcome is, it will result in more riots.

Put all that together with 2018 being a midterm election year. While people on both sides of the aisle knowing their vote does not matter in any way.

All the above put together at the same time in an election year means that the civil war I have been predicting for the last decade is upon us. Then combine it with the heat of summer when I expect it all to come together and this country is going to explode.

But maybe that will mean we can't afford any more bombs.
