Counting today, only ten days left until the move. I leave the morning of 8/31.
Unbelievably, the Saturn has not yet sold. One guy wanted to give me $50 yesterday and come back with the rest today. I've had several people offer less than $400. Unreal.
I freaking hate when things all have to be done at the last minute. I want to sell the car and clear space in the driveway so I can set out the work bench and sell that as well.
Have to call the storage place in Kerrville this afternoon. Make sure they know I'll be clearing the unit out on the 1st.
The eclipse is today, happening as I write this. Only a partial eclipse here. Light level like a cloudy day. That's why I'm waiting until afternoon to call the storage place.
I'm rather bored and frustrated. I have so little left to do and so much time to do it in. I can finish all I have left in maybe two days.
Work just called. Going to pick up one shift this week. My paycheck this weekend was lower than expected, so that will help make up the difference. Besides, help break the monotony.
