Weight loss

Still been dragging. Couldn't figure out why. Finally stepped on the scale tonight. I've dropped about 4 lbs, maybe more. Yes, the week of TG. No, I wasn't dieting. (The only diets I go on involve increasing caloric intake.)

That explains the fatigue. Not in starvation mode yet but right on the edge. Been feeling like sleeping a lot. Also small nagging headaches, dehydration and mild brain fog. I really should learn to recognize the symptoms earlier. Problem is they greatly resemble allergies. But I need to get it in my head to suspect weight loss first. Or just get in a habit of weighing myself daily. Blech.

So, it's time to start chugging protein powder again. Wish I could tolerate more of it but it can give me horrible gas. Not afraid of embarrassment, since I work at home. But too much gas can be physically damaging still. Besides, if I take too much at once it causes an insulin rebound which makes me tired and the Arginine rush dilates my veins so much that my blood pressure drops drastically and can cause visual disturbances. So, have to take it a little at a time with a full dose only just before bed. Just drank one and if I can tolerate it will drink another protein shake before sleep. That will be an extra 1200 calories today.

You would think by 2 years old I would be trying to control my weight the other way around. I wouldn't complain about that.

I definitely need to try and pack on a few lbs in the next few weeks. Joined the fitness center and I want to get back in better condition. I just have to be cautious because of the rate I burn off calories. No urge to pass out on one of the machines. Or any other time. Maybe if they have a scale at the fitness center I can make weighing myself a part of the routine 2-3 times a week. Somehow that's less depressing than weighing myself daily at home. Not a bad idea because the best time to drink a protein drink is right after working out. It would also tell me whether I can speed up or should slow down on workouts. In this case, I may actually meet with a trainer and see if they have any advice to offer. Bet they've never encountered a problem like mine.

Always have to be different, like it or not.

Work was better today. I had 78 or 79 cases. Still a bit slow to me but better than it has been lately.
