Pumping up

Okay, so I had two protein shakes before sleep last night. Just had another half strength one for lunch. That's an extra 1500 calls in 13 hours or so. Try and take in another 1500 by bed tonight.

Already making a difference. Some of my symptoms are decreased or gone. No more headache or brain fog. 

Not much use in weighing myself just yet. Have to keep up this routine for at least 2-3 days before that will show a real difference. Be good if I can actually put ON one lb a day for a while.
