Frost tonight?

Weather forecast calls for a fairly dramatic drop in temperature tonight. Possible frost. Wouldn't surprise me. Seen it snow in late April here. Only slightly sucks. I haven't gone all out planting things outside. Have to move some container plants in that won't tolerate it. 

Can't find my pH meter. Guess I'll have to get a new one. Just as well. This one is a few years old and my understanding is they have robe occasionally calibrated. Don't know how and no place to have it done. It's from Harbor Freight, not very expensive. I did check it last year against some test strips and it was pretty accurate. Long as there's enough moisture present to get a valid reading. Probably true with all pH meters, regardless of price.

Going to plant some carrot and cilantro seeds this evening. Probably more spinach. Just hope they have enough cool weather left to germinate. Day temps start getting to 80 in a couple of weeks.
