Got the pressure canner today. It's freaking huge! Oh, well. 20 quarts is 5 gals, so not thet shocking.
Used the food mill and processed the cut and cooked tomatoes into the pressure canner pot. Cut up and put more tomatoes in the other pots. So, I have three pots of tomatoes on the stove. Still have enough tomatoes for one more pot.
Have not been getting things done which I had planned this week. Certain things taking up too much time. Rode the bike down to Los Lunas this evening, to find the new dispensary. Got there before they closed. They didn't have any cuttings, said they will come in tomorrow. I'll just call sometime before going back. It's a nice place though and I enjoyed the ride.
Processing the tomatoes is also pretty time consuming.
I'm tired. Getting to bed.
