I had begun a workout program and was not doing badly. Then felt like a truck hit me.
Then I realized a major change. I started on cannabis. Could that be the problem? Always possible. Only one way to find out. Going to skip it for a few days.
The down side to that is that it helps me get to sleep. For that alone, I would have to claim I may be addicted. Try increasing the Valerian root.
One thing that seems to help my symptoms is Aloe Vera juice. However, it tastes horrid! Oh, well. Just have to deal with it.
When canning things, I often leave them on the counter for a couple of days before shelving them. That way I can see if they do not form a valid seal and may be able to use them right away. Had two jars which did not seal properly, they went in the fridge. The rest are now on the shelf and quickly filling the shelf to capacity. Though I need to dump some old stuff that is probably no good. Or that I just will not be eating.
I'm going to try canning some meats, also. That goes back to survivalist tendencies. Not a fanatic but having some things set aside which would last for years would not hurt. Can always build a supply and then, when at large capacity, start using it in rotation so none of it spoils.
Back to the cannabis. Still trying to grow some. What may be good is if I can grow enough to have CBD without the THC. Worth a shot.
