I swear people around me get dumber every single day. Across the country. The absolute worst part is that it is completely by conscious choice.
I understand it. People feel displaced and disempowered.
The problem with this is that it's all an illusion. People are more empowered today than ever. Knowledge and reinforcement are mere keystrokes away. So are different forms of personal connection. Yet they continue listening to all the sources which tell them they have no power, that someone else is taking their power from them. Yet the people telling them this are most often the ones trying to remove choices and decrease their power.
The average IQ and literacy rate continue to plummet. In an age where nearly anything you want to know is accessible in milliseconds, for free. The only cost is the effort and developing the skills to ask the right questions.
People today often isolate themselves out of fear. Then resent other people for their isolation.
The difference in intelligence is the true essence of the civil war I have spoken of and predicted. Not all of it is directly related to intelligence but is a result of that influence.
