Today, the head of the FBI released the report on the investigation into the KKKlinton email server. I am more than a little angry, along with MILLIONS of other Americans.
He talked for more than ten minutes detailing how she broke virtually every law and protocol regarding the handling of classified information.
Then he said he does not recommend criminal charges. He claims there was no criminal intent. That it was a mistake. Actually that would equate to many thousands of mistakes. He said it was careless.
Mistake? Careless? WT actual F?!!!
She has training and experience as a lawyer. She had years as first lady of Arkansas. 8 years as FLOTUS. 8 years in elected office. DOJ training on handling secure information. Her own staff including multiple lawyers and a Secret Service detail. The ENTIRE damn State Dept (basically the entire US federal government) on call 24/7/365. A sitting President on speed dial. A past President (her husband) in the other room or the same room at nearly constantly.
How many resources does she need to NOT place the entire GD PLANET at risk every minute of every day for at least 4 years?!!!!
Any way, when I woke up and that was the first thing I read this morning I was thrown for a loop. It took me a while to gain my mental composure. Many, many people were in the same condition for much longer.
Once I gained my composure, I got to work organizing and motivating people to action. I circulated numerous FB posts with information telling people actions they can take right now. Links to contact the DNC, superdelegates, the DOJ (Attorney General), MSM, etc. It helped a lot of people because they wanted to DO something.
Here is the thing. Just because he did not advise indictment, that does not mean it will not happen. Charges can still be filed by a nearly infinite number of sources. The AG, the RNC, Judicial Watch, any number of individuals or groups with the resources. Those charges can be criminal or civil. Plus there is the charity fraud/corruption case pending. All the emails related to this case and all the investigatory findings will be released. Numerous other civil cases and various investigations on many charges are pending. I expect many more to be filed this week and in the near future.
Here is the biggest thing. This damages her campaign massively. This has GOT to be the death blow. There is no way possible that she could beat Trump at this point. She has NOT gained the nomination. The superdelegates do not vote until the convention. The convention is in three weeks. There is NOTHING she can do to recover from this, ever. Charges and indictment are not necessary. If the DNC hands her the nomination at this point, there will be severe riots and they are likely to turn violent.
The GOP's in Congress have now called for an investigation into the head of the FBI. I expect him to resign very quickly. In my own opinion, he is a traitor to this country. If the AG does not file an indictment, she should step down as well.
Have to wait and see what tomorrow brings.
I had planned on getting my resume out more today but was so busy with these issues that I did not. Get on that tomorrow. Did some calculating and I have enough money to be without a job for about three months from this writing. I hope it does not take that long to find a job. Two or three weeks would be okay. I still have a lot of things to do this summer and would like the extra time with daughter. Unless she's bored or tired of me.
